8:00 am Kids' Mile, 8:30 am 10K. 45th Annual event. Course out and back loop, moderately fast. Prize Money Overall and Masters. Part of the Annual North Carolina Rhododendron Festival. Great post-race refreshments for all participants. Fantastic small-town race with big-time atmosphere. Road racing the way it ought to be!
