SFTC offers 3 finish line systems options for managing races, plus equipment rentals. Estimate your fees by filling in the information below:

Step 1: Race Management Services

Note: (1) All new Race Management "hire" requests must be presented to the SFTC Board at a board meeting at least 4 months prior to race date.
(2) New requests and questions should be sent to the appropriate District Rep. Click here to find out which district the race is in and who the Rep is. This does not apply to races already hiring SFTC's services - the contact for these race organizers is their assigned SFTC liaison.
(3) Race organizers are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage.

 Description
Card System $125 for the first 75 participants, plus $1.50 for each additional

 

 Recommended for races up to 175 participants. Includes 2 timers, finish cards, chute, age-group baskets, plus staff to operate the finish line and tabulate results.
Computer System $250 for the first 200 participants, plus $1.50 for each additional Recommended for races > 175. Includes 2 timers, generic race bibs, safety pins, laptop computer, printer, data entry, chute, plus staff to operate the finish line and tabulate results. Requires an enclosed or covered area with power supply for the laptop and printer.
Chip Timing System $500 for the first 200 registered, plus $3.00 for each additional Recommended for races > 175. Includes chip timing system, generic race bibs and chip B-tags, data entry, laptop computer, printer, finish chute, plus staff to operate the finish line and tabulate results. Requires an enclosed or covered area with power supply for the laptop and printer.
  • Results will be posted on the SFTC website and sent to local media
  • Only the equipment listed in the description is included in the service. Any additional equipment must be rented below.

Step 2: Equipment Rental
 Note: All rental equipment requests and questions should be directed to the SFTC Equipment Rental Managers, Justin Hunt & Caitlin Wilson. Pickup/dropoff is at Just Store It in Kingsport across from Fort Henry Mall.
