From Kingsport at Highway 11W intersection with University Blvd. (red light at entrances to University Center & BAE Systems-Holston Army Plant), proceed southwest on Highway 11W for 11.7 miles. Go past Mt. Carmel, Church Hill, Volunteer High School & AFG Road. There will be signs on Highway 11W for the Tennessee Technology Center, Phipps Bend Road & Phipps Bend Industrial District. Turn left off Highway 11W onto Phipps Bend Road and proceed through two stop signs 1.3 miles to the Tennessee Technology Center in the Phipps Bend Industrial District.
From Rogersville at Highway 11W intersection with Park Blvd. (red light), proceed northeast on Highway 11W for 11.3 miles. Go past Surgoinsville. There will be signs on Highway 11W for the Tennessee Technology Center, Phipps Bend Road & Phipps Bend Industrial District. Turn right off Highway 11W onto Phipps Bend Road and proceed through two stop signs 1.3 miles to the Tennessee Technology Center in the Phipps Bend Industrial District.
From Knoxville proceed northeast on Highway 11W through Blaine, Rutledge, Bean Station & Rogersville. Then follow above directions from Rogersville.
From Morristown proceed north on Highway 25E to Bean Station. Take Highway 11W exit on your right to Rogersville. Then follow above directions from Rogersville.
Parking, registration, start, finish, refreshments & awards will all be in front of the Tennessee Technology Center.
