The tenth annual Phipps Bend 5K had a record turnout. Overcast conditions, great competition and a flat course produced some of the fastest 5K times for SFTC members (pictured here) for 2011, including PR's and two state records. Full results and

Siblings sprint for the line at the Schoolhouse Kids Mile on August 13 in Bethel, VA. The race is part of SFTC's Kids Festival of Miles series. The accompanying 5K is a King & Queen race. More photos and full results for both races.
